Delete your Flynn account

You can delete your Flynn account, and all of the data associated with it, at any time. This page explains how to do it, what gets deleted, and what to do if you can no longer sign in. Flynn is developed by Kento Labs Inc.

1. Delete your account in the app

• Open Flynn on any device — web, Mac, Windows, iPhone or Android.
• Go to Settings › Account › Delete account…
• Type the email address on your account to confirm, then delete.

On the web, you can go straight to your settings at web.meetflynn.ai/settings.

2. What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• All of your notes, recordings, transcripts and summaries.
• Your Ask and Act conversations.
• Your connected calendars — Flynn’s access to them is revoked.
• Your voice profile, settings and sign-in methods.
• Any links you have shared — they stop working.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. We cannot restore a deleted account or any of its content.

We do not keep any of your account data after deletion, except records we are required by law to keep (for example, payment and transaction records held by our payment providers). Copies of deleted data that remain in our backups are removed as those backups expire on their normal schedule, and are not used to restore your account.

3. If you can’t sign in

If you no longer have access to the Flynn apps, email support@meetflynn.ai from the email address on your Flynn account with the subject “Delete my Flynn account”. We will confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.

4. Paid subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Please cancel it where you bought it — for example, in the App Store, Google Play, or the billing page of the store you purchased from — so you are not charged again.
